DAMAGE
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle’s interior or exterior, including a $250 cleaning fee in some extreme cases.
POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS
For out-of-state reservations, a credit card is essential. Any booking that's cancelled within 24 hours of the designated pick-up time will incur a complete charge based on the quoted fare. By reserving a "vehicle," you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. Exemptions are solely granted in cases of severe weather conditions that lead to flight cancellations or unsafe driving conditions. Prioritizing safety, we retain the prerogative to cancel reservations during adverse weather at no cost to the client.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS
We monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us. Please call our office as soon as possible if there is a change in your flight information. In the event of a change to the arrival time, we will do our best to accommodate, but there may be situations where we will not be able to do so. Please call our office at 774-292-0894 when you are ready to meet your driver and we will dispatch the car to the terminal to meet you.
TF Green (PVD-Providence) Airport: Meet and Greet Service is available for an additional fee
WAITING TIME CHARGES
Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 30 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or within the first 60 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate. Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate.
NO SHOW
Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up time and/or location for the arriving fight information you provided to us, you will be considered a “No Show” and billed the full fee. If you can't locate your vehicle, please call our office at 774-292-0894
Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up time and/or location, you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price. If you can't locate your vehicle, please call our office at 774-292-0894
LIABILITY
Rhody Rydes is not responsible for passenger expenses in the event of a mechanical failure, traffic, and/or bad weather. Rhody Rydes is not responsible for items left in our vehicles or damaged items. We ask you to please check the vehicle before you leave the vehicle
TRAFFIC
There will be no adjustment made to your fare for traffic at any time. Accidents, rush hour time, bad weather, etc. is beyond our control. When you make a reservation for a pick-up at rush hour, whether it be Providence, Boston, or CT, We cannot guarantee on-time arrival of our vehicles. Please take this policy into consideration when making your reservation.
